FODIAC aims to develop dietary solutions for type 2 diabetes and cognitive decline in the elderly. By fostering collaboration between academia and industry, the project seeks to create functional foods that improve health outcomes for older adults.
FODIAC aims to develop a dietary solution to tackle type 2 diabetes and cognitive dysfunction of the elderly. FODIAC will enhance the quality of R&I in Europe, promoting cooperation along the Food Value Chain.
