FOODOMICS aims to establish a research center focused on metabolomics in food and nutrition at the University of Ljubljana. The project seeks to develop new analytical methods to enhance understanding of food composition and its effects on health.
The vision of the ERA Chair FOODOMICS is to create a research centre at the University of Ljubljana (UL) in the field of Metabolomics in Food and Nutrition.
