FORECEE aims to utilize cervical cells to assess the risk of female-specific cancers through advanced genetic analysis. This project seeks to develop personalized screening and prevention strategies based on individual risk factors identified from these cells.
While prevention of most female specific cancers (ovarian, breast, endometrial) has not progressed substantially in recent years, significant progress has been made with cervical cancer due to accessibility of the cell of origin (cervical
