The FOXIDUET project aims to build a unique experimental setup to study charge dynamics at polar-nonpolar oxide interfaces under electric fields. It seeks to understand the mechanisms leading to insulator-to-metal transitions and 2D conductivity in these materials.
Abstract:
During the FOXIDUET project, a single THz-Pump and double THz-Ellipsometry / Second-Harmonic Probe experimental setup will be built in order to investigate the polarization and the charge dynamics of polar-nonpolar oxide interfaces under an intense transient electric field.
