The FTMcQED project aims to resolve theoretical challenges in superconducting circuits, focusing on their behavior across energy scales. It seeks to develop new models for understanding quantum dynamics and improve the design of quantum devices, enhancing their performance in various applications.
Superconducting circuits have become a leading platform for quantum computation and simulation due to their scalability and the precise control provided by Josephson junctions (JJs), their fundamental nonlinear element.
