This research explores the formation of nanostructures in advanced ceramic thin films through deposition and post-deposition processes. It aims to uncover self-organization mechanisms and the properties of materials with large miscibility gaps, impacting various applications.
I aim to achieve a fundamental understanding of the atomistic kinetic pathways responsible for nanostructure formation and to explore the concept of self-organization by thermodynamic segregation in functional ceramics.
