FUSIONS aims to significantly reduce food waste across the European food supply chain by fostering social innovation and collaboration among stakeholders. The project seeks to establish a shared vision and strategies to optimize food use and develop effective waste prevention policies.
FUSIONS (Food Use for Social Innovation by Optimising waste prevention Strategies) will contribute to achieving a Resource Efficient Europe by significantly reducing food waste.
