This project aims to develop a comprehensive theory of real multiplication, paralleling the established theory of complex multiplication. It focuses on analytic, computational, and geometric aspects, particularly in relation to cryptography and number theory applications.
This project will develop several aspects of a theory of real multiplication (RM), seeking to be a counterpart of the theory of complex multiplication (CM) discovered in the 19th century.
