GalileoCast aims to develop innovative weather-related services for mobile and broadcast markets. The project focuses on creating high-resolution weather observation methods and new business models, followed by market trials to ensure effective implementation and dissemination within the European weather community.
Objective of the three weather SMEs of GalileoCast is to innovate new applications on weather related mass market services, in particular for mobile and broadcast customers.
Project covers systematic innovation phase, feasibility and market studies, product development, creating viable business models, validation and market trial, and finally, exploitation planning and effective dissemination of results to the European weather community.
