This project aims to improve the thermal management of gallium nitride (GaN) devices used in high-performance applications. It focuses on developing novel techniques for growing GaN on diamond substrates to enhance heat dissipation and device reliability.
GaN substrate materials have been increasing the demands of applications such as wireless communications, super-high computing, and power-management IC.
