This project investigates gender biases in grant application and evaluation processes, focusing on the European Research Council. It analyzes how biases may affect self-selection, decision criteria, and reviewer composition, aiming to ensure fairness and excellence in research funding.
The project will analyze the ERC practices and processes in the contect of gender mainstreaming especially during submission of proposals and in peer review processes.
