GENERA focuses on promoting gender equality in physics research by assessing current practices and developing tailored plans for organizations. The initiative aims to enhance female representation and support women's careers in this male-dominated field.
With the main goal to address gender equality in Research & Innovation the proposing GENERA (Gender Equality Network in the European Research Area) consortium has been formed to apply a bottom-up approach to enhance gender equality in the field of physics research as a benchmark for other sciences.
