This project focuses on enhancing the sustainability and resilience of agri-food supply chains by exploring local production systems and diversified sourcing strategies. It aims to develop policies and frameworks that support ecological practices while addressing food security and waste reduction.
The proposed research will bring together researchers from a number of disciplines to address a global challenge in achieving sustainability and resilience of agri-food supply chains.
