This project explores the spatial organization of transcription factors within the cell nucleus and its role in gene expression regulation. By analyzing hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, it aims to map transcription factor occupancy and chromatin arrangement.
Here I propose an ambitious project designed to explore an exciting new hypothesis:
TFs are non-randomly spatially organised within the cell nucleus, forming radial gradients that likely play an important role in regulating gene expression.
