The GRAPHYRIN project focuses on creating new hybrid nanoarchitectures using graphene and porphyrins for advanced semiconductor materials. These materials aim to enhance the performance and energy efficiency of electronic devices, particularly in gas sensing applications.
The ongoing miniaturization of electronic devices has been raising awareness for the need to develop alternative high-performance and energy-efficient semiconductor materials.
