GyroGlove is a wearable device designed to reduce hand tremors in individuals with Parkinson’s Disease or Essential Tremor. Utilizing miniaturized gyroscopes, it stabilizes the hand, allowing users to regain independence in daily activities such as eating and writing.
GyroGlove is a wearable active device based on miniaturised gyroscopes, designed to suppress the hand tremor commonlyseen in people suffering from Parkinson’s Disease (PD) or Essential Tremor (ET).
With the help of Innovate UK Proof ofConcept (PoC) grant we have taken the idea from very early lab simulators through to functional prototypes.
These weretested on PD and ET patients in lab conditions.
