HABITRACK focuses on tracking migratory birds to understand their habitat needs for effective management and restoration. The project aims to link population trends with habitat use and assess the impact of climate change on these species.
Forty-two huntable bird species are declining in numbers, and we crucially miss information on their habitat needs in order to organize habitat management and restoration to secure restoration their status.
