Hecat aims to enhance the employment prospects of unemployed individuals by providing real-time insights into the labor market. The project leverages advanced data analytics to support decision-making for job seekers and those assisting them, promoting better outcomes in the job market.
Hecat aims to investigate, demonstrate and pilot a disruptive technology to support labour market decision making byunemployed citizens and those seeking to help them.
