This project aims to enhance women's participation in engineering fields by implementing tailored gender mainstreaming measures in educational institutions. It focuses on empirical research to identify effective strategies that consider specific cultural and economic contexts.
Women participation in engineering occupations appears as a key-issue for European economical and technical development, as well as a central achievement towards gender equality and social justice.
