This project investigates new physics beyond the Standard Model using Effective Field Theories to analyze experimental data. It focuses on calculating electroweak corrections for vector boson production, aiming to enhance theoretical predictions for particle physics experiments.
The lack of conclusive experimental evidence for new physics (NP) underscores the need for a comprehensive strategy beyond the Standard Model (SM).
Current experimental results suggest that NP could be heavy and, therefore, beyond the direct reach of current colliders.
This possibility makes Effective Field Theories (EFTs) an invaluable tool for NP searches, allowing us to exhaustively exploit information from diverse measurements, observables, and experiments across different energy scales.
