This project investigates hyperbolicity in higher-dimensional geometry, focusing on its implications in topology and group theory. It aims to develop new methods to prove conjectures related to hyperbolic manifolds and enhance the understanding of volume and isoperimetric inequalities.
Hyperbolicity pervades modern mathematics.
It is the dominant type of geometry both in low-dimensional topology and group theory, and in such regimes it is a well-understood concept.
