The HOTEL Support Action seeks to innovate technology-enhanced learning by developing a new working method called the HOTEL Innovation Cycle. It aims to improve learning models by considering informal learning and enhancing innovation cycles in education.
Many studies on the role of ICT as a catalyst to change learning scenarios have failed to grasp relevant developments because they were working on the ground of a given set of technology options and codified learning models.
