This project investigates the reasons behind public opposition to gender and sexual equality in Europe, focusing on anti-gender movements. By comparing perspectives in Croatia and Belgium, it aims to understand how individuals interpret these messages and the factors influencing their acceptance or rejection.
This project explores why ordinary people continue to oppose and, in some European democracies, increasingly push back against gender and sexual equality.
