This project investigates the role of the RNA helicase HELZ in the oxygen-sensing mechanism involving prolyl-4-hydroxylase domain proteins. It aims to understand how HELZ interacts with these proteins and its implications in tumor development and other diseases by creating a targeted gene model for in vivo studies.
