The HYIHY project investigates how hybrid interactions—combining face-to-face, digital, and AI communication—affect social well-being in the workplace. It aims to develop a theory that explains these dynamics and informs strategies for enhancing social connections among workers.

To answer this, I propose communication episodes, their quality, and technological context as a unified lens.
