HyLAW seeks to identify and address legal and administrative barriers hindering the deployment of fuel cells and hydrogen technologies across Europe. The project will create a comprehensive database and advocate for policy improvements to facilitate market entry.
The fuel cells and hydrogen (FCH) industry has made considerable progress toward market deployment.
However existing legal framework and administrative processes (LAPs) – covering areas such as planning, safety, installation and operation – only reflect use of incumbent technologies.
