I-RAIL aims to enhance rail safety and efficiency by developing a non-contact monitoring system using Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer technology. This system will detect rail defects at high speeds, complemented by semi-automated testing equipment to ensure timely maintenance and prevent accidents.
Greener and more comfortable trains making rail transport a more attractive option for passengers in comparison to other means of transportation.
