The I3W project investigates the relationship between work, wealth, and welfare by developing a macroeconomic model to measure welfare inequality across European countries and the US. It aims to analyze how factors like insurance access influence leisure inequality and labor supply, providing insights for policymakers.
I3W aims at generating empirical knowledge and novel theories to explain the joint distribution of work, wealth, and welfare in the population using macroeconomic theory, structural quantitative models, and micro data.
