This project seeks to advance Combinatorial Optimization techniques to solve key problems in Integer Programming and Online Optimization. By addressing long-standing challenges, it aims to create connections between various mathematical fields and contribute significantly to optimization theory.
The goal of this proposal is to leverage and significantly extend techniques from the field of Combinatorial Optimization to address some fundamental open algorithmic questions in other, related areas, namely Integer Programming and Online Optimization.
