This project aims to create advanced electronic devices using a new type of transistor that controls ion movement to switch quantum phases. By developing novel materials and interfaces, it seeks to enhance functionalities in areas like superconductivity and magnetism.
The aim of this ERC proposal is to develop a highly efficient tunable interface with ion-movement-mediated gating as a rich platform for novel electronic devices by using field effect controlling of quantum phase transitions.
