This project examines the developmental paths of Chinese children amidst significant social changes, focusing on childrearing practices and cultural influences. It aims to analyze how independence and interdependence manifest in different urban communities and their impact on child development.
The aim of the proposed project is to study Chinese children's developmental trajectories in the context of drastic sociodemographic change.
