This project focuses on identifying and analyzing wild cards and weak signals that could impact the future of the European Research Area. It aims to develop tools and methodologies for better detection and understanding of these low-probability, high-impact events to inform research and innovation policies.
In recent years, Foresight has emerged as a key instrument for the development and implementation of research and innovation policies with long-term perspectives.
