This project analyzes Arabic legal documents from a historical perspective, focusing on their structure and function in legal practice. By utilizing a comprehensive database, it aims to reveal variations in legal documentation and enhance understanding of Islamic law.
The project examines edited and unedited Arabic legal documents from a new comparative perspective.
