This project investigates the genetic regulation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells to understand variations in antiviral responses and autoimmune diseases. By analyzing immune cells from diverse ancestry populations, it aims to identify novel immune subtypes and develop predictive models for precision medicine.
Antiviral immunity and autoimmune diseases exhibit high interindividual variability.
