The IMPACT project focuses on enhancing the durability of fuel cells with low platinum loading for automotive applications. By developing new materials and testing under dynamic conditions, the project aims to achieve a lifespan of 5000 hours while maintaining performance.
The main objective of the planned project IMPACT is to increase the life-time of fuel cells with membrane-electrode assemblies containing ultra low Pt-loading (< 0.2 mg cm-2) for automotive applications.
