The Immune Safety Avatar project aims to create a platform for assessing the safety and effectiveness of immunomodulatory therapies. It focuses on developing advanced nonclinical models and biomarkers to predict therapy responses and adverse effects, enhancing the transition from preclinical studies to human trials.
The vision of Immune Safety Avatar (imSAVAR) is to develop a platform for integrated nonclinical assessments of immunomodulatory therapy safety and efficacy.
Existing nonclinical models do not adequately represent the complexity of the immune system and its interactions in both immunoncology and immunmediated diseases.
