This project focuses on creating an advanced breath analysis device using silicon photonics to detect gases like ammonia. The goal is to develop a portable, sensitive, and cost-effective tool for noninvasive clinical diagnostics, particularly for monitoring kidney and liver health.
We have developed an optical sensor platform that might fulfil the requirements of the ideal breath analysing device.Breath analysis is emerging as a valuable noninvasive clinical diagnostic tool.
