This project focuses on advancing quantum computing by creating high-dimensional quantum systems that can superimpose operation orders. Utilizing silicon photonics, it aims to enhance the efficiency of quantum algorithms, potentially transforming computational problem-solving.
Quantum computation achieves a speed-up by placing quantum bits (qubits) in superpositions of different states.
