This project focuses on developing novel inhibitors targeting the NOTCH signaling pathway in cancer cells to improve treatment outcomes. By specifically activating these inhibitors in hypoxic tumor regions, the aim is to enhance the effectiveness of cancer therapies while minimizing side effects on healthy tissues.
Cancer remains one of the deadliest diseases and most deaths are due to treatment failure and metastasis.
