This project focuses on developing reliable Gallium Nitride (GaN) power devices for industrial and automotive applications. It aims to enhance the usability of GaN technology by addressing reliability issues and demonstrating new device concepts for better performance.
The main objective of this proposal is to develop reliable GaN-based power devices and systems for high and medium power electronics targeting industrial and automotive applications and bringing the GaN power devices another step towards
