INsecTIME trains young researchers in biological timing, focusing on circadian and seasonal rhythms in insects like Drosophila. The project combines academic and private sector expertise to enhance skills in neurogenetics and biocomputing, preparing researchers for careers in both science and commerce.
INsecTIME seeks to train the next generation of ESRs in the intellectual, technological, complementary and commercial skills required for future European competitiveness in the area of biological timing, an area with considerable commercial potential.
