The INTEGER project aims to enhance career progression for women in scientific research by implementing tailored gender action plans across partner organizations. It combines top-down and bottom-up strategies to foster sustainable change and promote gender equity within academic and research institutions.
The INTEGER project brings together a balanced and complementary consortium of organisations which share a top level commitment to the implementation of sustainable transformational change to improve the career progression of women scientific researchers.
