The IntensifiedCO2 project aims to enhance the conversion of carbon dioxide into synthetic fuels by streamlining the catalytic process. It seeks to reduce the number of required reactors and separation units, using innovative metallic cobalt catalysts to improve efficiency and selectivity in fuel production.
Developing intensified catalytic processes for CO2 conversion may drive their implementation at CO2-producing sites, counteracting current practices of emitting CO2 and waste gases.
