This project develops a new method called inteRNAlizers for delivering RNA into human induced pluripotent stem cells and other hard-to-transfect cells. It aims to improve gene expression and editing capabilities while ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness for biomedical research and therapeutic applications.
Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hIPSCs) have revolutionized the study of cell type-specific processes and the generation of organoids, tissues, and therapeutic cells for biomedical purposes.
