This project investigates the impact of executive education programs on adult development through longitudinal studies. By utilizing 360-degree feedback questionnaires, it aims to understand how transformational training influences individual behavior and leadership capabilities over time.
For all of the time, effort, and money invested in attempts to help individuals develop through education, training and coaching, there are few studies that really assess the real impact of the change process.
