The ISi-PADAS project aims to enhance the safety of partially autonomous driver assistance systems by developing a risk-based design methodology. This involves creating advanced models of driver behavior and integrating them into a simulation platform to better predict and mitigate human errors in driving.
The main objective of the ISi-PADAS project is to provide an innovative methodology to support risk based design and approval of Partially Autonomous Driver Assistance Systems (PADAS) focusing on elimination and mitigation of driver errors by an integrated Driver-Vehicle-Environment modelling approach.
