This research aims to explore the role of protein lysine methylation in cancer, focusing on the enzyme SETD6. By characterizing its effects on cellular signaling pathways, the project seeks to uncover new therapeutic targets for cancer treatment.
My overarching goal is to investigate the importance of protein post-translational modification (PTM) networks in cancer.
