This project focuses on integrating multi-omic data to better understand cellular processes, particularly in rheumatoid arthritis. By collaborating across multiple institutes, it aims to enhance the analysis of complex biological interactions and promote high-throughput research.
High-throughput experiments produce large datasets providing information about cellular processes, by simultaneously observing different types of variables (e.g. genes, proteins, metabolites).
Collectively, data from such experiments are referred to as omic data, to indicate their genome-wide coverage.
