This project investigates how humans recognize their kin through various cues and cognitive systems. By integrating biological theories with experimental methods, it aims to develop a comprehensive model of kin recognition that includes diverse relationship types and behavioral domains.
Kinship moderates important social outcomes, such as interpersonal violence and sexual behaviour, but how do you know who your kin are?
