The LASER4SURF project focuses on developing a laser-based technology for creating micro-textured metallic surfaces for mass production. It aims to overcome current production barriers by integrating laser technology, in-line inspection, and simulation tools to enhance manufacturing processes.
The main goal of the LASER4SURF project is to develop a laser based solution for the functionalization of metallic surfaces with textures ~1µm or less on mass production.
